Persia Oil and Gas Industry Development Company was established in 2005 with ten billion Tumans capital, aiming at coordinating the activities which are being carried out in oil and gas fields and its management abilities and centralized and focused supervision in this part as oil and gas holding Company of Rey Investment Company.

Ö Perspective and Goals:

The Company has been  established with the aim of performing lower hand and upper hand activities in oil and gas fields, including exploration, drilling, gas reserving, developing the oil fields in EPC form, establishing refinery and oil, gas and petrochemical industrial plants, provide, establish and developing pipelines and other equipment for oil and gas transfer lines. The perspective of the company is:

-          Pioneer in increasing development of Iran in the global trading field

-          To offer a services of developed projects in macro level.

-          To innovate teaching specialized and to create jobs

-          To create attraction to fulfill the requirements of foreign investors through joint venture

-          Investment in several fields in different countries

Ö Activities which have been already carried out:

At present, the major activity of this company is to providing technical and financial supports in active companies in oil, gas and petrochemical industries, belonging to Rey Investment Company.

Ö Future activities:

- Establishing industrial ash plant

- The  plan for purchasing a butadiene production line and to sell its products

- Management plan for establishing and turn key of plant for producing natural gas cylinders for  dual fuel consuming vehicles of PARS MCS.

- The plan for  loss study and management and preventing loss in petrochemical complexes- loss management

- The plan to convert gas into GTL liquid hydrocarbons in Iran

- To establish 400 fuel and gas stations for dual-fuel consuming vehicles in Iran.
