Ö Introduction to the Company:

Pars M.C.S. Company is one of the companies of Rey Investment Company belonging to Hazrat Abdolazim Holy Shrine. It started its activities n 2004 with a capital of Rls. 140,000,000,000 in CNG Industry.

The company  is a result of joint investment contract of Rey Investment Company and MCS International Company of Germany, producer of pressure tanks with 100 years of experience, owning 40% of capital.

Ö Perspective and Goals:

The main goal of the company is to build CNG plants with an annual capacity of 306,000 full tanks made of sheet and 163,000 semi-completed pipe tanks. According to the initial scheduling, the trial production of the phase 1 of this plan (pipeline) will be made in July 2008 and the second phase (sheet line) will be in December 2009.

Until its utilization, this company  will continue its efforts to have a share of market and for this purpose, it facilitates its gas fuel vehicle facilities in order to optimize energy consumption in cars. The most important of this contract type is the contract for supply and delivery of 185,000 units of CNG tanks and valves to change the public fleet to dual fuel consumption types, signed by the State Fuel Consumption Optimization Company and the contract for converting 125000 vehicles into fuel consumption cars with Tadbir Consortium.

The project for establishing CNG Cylinder production plant

Execution of contract for supplying 185 thousand CNG tanks for Fuel Consumption Optimization Organization

Participation n the project for converting 125000 vehicles through participation with Data Proceeding Company, Sanat Gostar Soheil and Ekbatan gas Hamadan and this Company provides the tanks.

-          Exporting under MCS license

With respect to the support of MCS company of Germany in selection and supervision on manufacturing the machinery, selecting the production technology, technical know how transfer and teaching personnel, it is expected that Pars MCS products would gain highest global standards.
