EMIGA Co. was established in 25.April.2004 with a common investment with REY INVESTMENT Co. and GOSTARESH IRAN KHODRO Co.

Establishing Goals:

EMIGA Co. is established for following purposes: 

• Designing and establishing a plant in order to manufacture the needed components For CNG.
•  Designing, manufacturing, assembling, importing, exporting and after sales services for CNG stations. - Working in all the activities --- which directly or indirectly facilitate reaching to the mentioned goals.

Notes:

EMIGA is a joint venture of SCHWELM which is registered under the laws of GERMANY as one of the major producers of all the needed components of CNG Stations in the world.
EMIGA accepts to construct 100 CNG stations in IRAN which is a part of the subject of IFCO bid bond for installation and commissioning 0f 375 CNG 75 CNG stations in IRAN.
EMIGA Co. instructs itself to establish a plant to produce CNG dispensers under the license of SCHWELM Co. . in order to achieve to its long term goals.
