Ö Introduction to the Company:
Arman Pajouh Sabzevaran Mining Company was established on August 29, 2000 as limited liability company with one billion Rials (1,000,000,000) on August 29, 2000. In 2004, Rey Investment Company purchased 92% of its share and increased Arman Pajouh Company’s shares to Rials 12,500,000,000 (twelve billion and five hundred million Rials). Through the approval of extraordinary general meeting of the Company, the nature of company was changed from limited liability to private joint stock. The major activities of the Company consisted of exploring and excavating copper mines in Sargaz Mountain in Jiroft. The mine is meso- sulfide and is one of the largest copper mines in Iran.
Ö Perspective and Goals:
Exploration, excavation and utilizing Sargaz Mountain Jiroft Mine and obtaining financial activities needed for the project and ultimately, to improve the copper production o 3500 to 5000 tons per year,
Ö Activities which have been already carried out:
-Initial exploration and identification operations:
The initiating exploration operations were started from the establishment date of Arman Pajouh Sabzevaran mining Company in copper mine of Sargaz, Jiroft mountain in 2000 and the initial reports were prepared by the experts in the beginning of 2004.
-Starting essential and principal explorative and identification operations:
Since the Fall 2004 and changes in the managing of company, the principal and essential drilling and operation works started, a part of them are as follows:
1) to prepare geological and topographic drawings of the mining range
2) to perform geochemical and geophysics operations across the mining region
3) to dig 50 deep wells from 60 to 270 meters depth in the land and preparing approximately 5000 cores
4) to dig 45 smaller wells and trenches and access roads in the mining area
5) to prepare full report of reading the cores taken from the depth of land and analyzing 1000 samples sent from different parts of the mine
6) preparing a complete geological reports by experts on the type of the mine
-Meeting the formalities for receiving legal permits for the exploration, excavation and production up to the end of March 2007.
- Facilitation of site and support
Facilitation and set up of site such as establishing communication roads, supplying electricity power from national network, supplying water for site, building water reservoirs resources, building administrative and technical buildings, scale system and gradual construction of residential and accommodation units …started in the beginning months of 2007 are under progress. In addition, land leveling and providing stone crush site and mounting bioleaching processing systems are being carried out.
Extraction of mining materials
The minerals extraction operations (oxides and sulfured) from Sargaz copper mine has been already started and up to the end of September 2007, more than 350,000 tons of displacement has been performed in 3 exploration operations.
Ö Future activities:
Minerals processing and copper metal extraction plan
After the researches, making scientific and practical tests and studies on the samples of ores, the company reached the conclusion that the best and most economical way for copper metal extraction from mining ore is to use hydrometallurgy plans (leaching and bioleaching). After preparing different technical and economic reports, the capital needed to execute the plan has been calculated to be 425 billion Rials; therefore, after obtaining results in pilot project in the well equipped laboratories of copper industries group of Kerman in Sarcheshmeh Mine, contract was concluded to executive the bioleaching project and producing minimum 10 tons of copper per day by using the outstanding and experienced experts of the field. In addition to extract mining ores, contracts have been concluded with mining groups with experiences of working in the region and copper mines and the contractors are performing drilling and procurement operations to take the minerals and ores and depositing them and transferring the wastes.

Exploration, extraction and utilizing from mines and mineral processing, importing machinery, minerals and exporting the raw or processed materials as well as performing technical, executive and commercial activities for the mines and minerals, establishing plants and production workshops in the free zones, absorbing modern technologies and foreign investors, obtaining funds and credits in Rials and foreign currencies from banks and foreign institutes and any other permissible activities which are directly and indirectly connected to the object of company.
