Ö Profile of Company:

Mobin Rey Finance and Managerial Consultants Company was established at the Office for the Registration of Corporations of Tehran on April 21, 2003. The object of company includes: Financial and auditing services, design of financial and managerial systems and any issues related to finance and auditing affairs.

Ö Scope and objectives:

The initial objectives of the company consist of establishing suitable supervision, auditing and inspection systems in all companies and affiliated institutes of Hazrat Abdolazim holy shrine and establishing suitable financial and managerial systems in the mentioned complexes.

Ö Activities performed till present time:

The most important activities till the end of fiscal year of 1385 (ending March 2007):

1. Auditing all companies and institutes affiliated to Astan Moghaddas (holy shrine) from 2003 till the end of March 2007.
2. Preparation of special and analytical reports on the functions of all companies in participation, corporation and group forms
3. Development of combined financial statements of the group and presenting financial and managerial analysis related to them.
4. Providing managerial/finance services, administration of finance affairs, performing accounting works from the beginning of 1386 (March 2007) for all group and holding companies of Rey Investment Group
5. Development of procedures needed by the finance and managerial affairs of the companies, including financial and transactional by-laws and procedures, reporting the activities and reports and information related to developing combined financial statements
6. Conformity and control studies of accounts among the group companies
7. Negotiations and  actions carried out to establish integrated financial and managerial systems in all companies and holding companies of Rey Investment Group for the year 1386 (March 2007- March 2008)
