To provide services to the companies, governmental institutes and offices and private sector in the area of management of human resources, design, panning and executing educational and refreshment courses and improvement of human forces, to provide and supply welfare, medical and motivating facilities and equipment for the employees, to offer research, executive, technical and specialized and managerial services in all issues related to the management of human resources and job classification, production productivity and strategy and technology of business firms including governmental and private companies, to prepare and write scientific, research and specialized papers on the mentioned issues, to hold or participate in seminars and congresses related to human resources in Iran , to obtain or give representation from and to legal entities and natural persons.

-          To execute job classification plans for companies and institutes

-          To unify payment of salary and wages for all personnel under coverage

-          To amend the personnel actions for all sets and groups based on developed by-law
